| 3 1/2 cups cooked chicken | 2 finely chopped tbsps fresh parsley | |
| 1 large stalk celery | 1/3 cup grapes, cut in half | |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise | 2 cups mixed greens | |
| 1 squeezed lemon |
In a large bowl, toss the chicken and celery
Gently fold in about 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise and the lemon juice
Add the salt, pepper, cumin or curry powder if desired, and parsley
Add more mayonnaise if you like a moister salad
Gently fold in the grapes
Place the salad on a bed of mixed greens or use to make sandwiches.
