| 2 cups roasted chicken breast cut into cubes | 1 tsp balsamic vinegar | |
| 1 large bowl Mesculin salad or any greens | 2 tsp white vinegar | |
| 2 granny smith apples cut into chuncks | 1/4 cup olive oil | |
| 3/4 cup toasted walnuts | 1 clove garlic, mashed | |
| 1/2 cup bleu cheese, crumbled |
Put all of the salad greens into a bowl and the apples
Toss with the olive o
Mix together the garlic, salt and pepper and the vinegars
Add about another tsp of olive oil and whisk it together
Set aside
Place the walnuts, chicken and blue cheese on top to make a nice presentation
Add the rest of the salad dressing before serving and then toss and serve.
