|1-1 1/2 pounds bonless, skinless chicken breast||2 tablespoons Dijon mustard|
|1 large jar salsa (any variety, depending on how spicy you like it!)||2 tablespoons brown sugar|
Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 35-45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and sauce is bubbling.
