    Ingredients

    1 pound minced or ground chicken 1 clove garlic
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder 2 slices fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon dried coriander 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
    1 tablespoon salt-reduced soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey
    4 chopped spring onions (green onions) 1 egg
    2 tablespoons plain flour 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, optional

      Mix all ingredients together

      Lightly grease a pan and heat over medium-high heat

      Place tablespoons of mixture into hot pan and flatten to make small patties

      Turn over when brown to cook the other side.
