This recipe for chicken teriyaki is simple and so delicious. Make it any night of the week for dinner- you can even use leftover chicken.
| 5 to 6 pieces of chicken | 1 garlic clove, crushed | |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce | 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger | |
| 1/4 cup vinegar |
Brown chicken in frying pan.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over browned chicken.
Cover and cook for 1/2 hour or until tender, turning it halfway through cooking.
