    Ingredients

    2 cups cooked chicken, diced 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 medium red delicious apples, unpeeled and diced 1/2 cup dark seedless raisins or dried cranberries
    2 celery stalks thinly sliced Shredded lettuce
    1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts 1 can cranberry sauce
    1/2 cup mayonnaise (adjust to personal preference) 6 apple cinnamon or raisin cinnamon bagels, toasted

      In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise with vinegar until smooth

      Add apples, celery, nuts and raisins or dried cranberries

      Place 1 scoop of chicken mixture on 1 side of bagel top with shredded lettuce

      On other half of bagel, spread with 1 spoonful of cranberry sauce

      Slice sandwich in half and serve.
