    2 teaspoons lime juice Pinch cayenne pepper
    teaspoon paprika 1 cup salted mixed nuts

      Preheat the oven to 250°F.

      In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the nuts and stir to coat. Transfer the nuts to a sheet tray and spread in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the nuts are dry. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
