Chloe Grace Moretz may be only 15, but she's already established herself as one of Hollywood's most sought after young actresses. And now, the Dark Shadows star has landed her first big fashion campaign.
According to Us Weekly, the fashion retailer Aeropostale announced on Wednesday that Moretz, whose numerous credits include Hugo, Kick-Ass, Let Me In, 30 Rock and (500) Days of Summer, will serve as the company's very first celebrity brand ambassador.
"It's so exciting! I absolutely love Aeropostale so much, and I'm so excited to bring my artistic and very fashion-y feeling to this really great, young brand," Moretz told Us Weekly about her new fashion gig. "I have been an Aero fan for a very long time ... ever since I was a little kid, I've definitely been wearing their stuff."
Moretz's fashion commitments, however, won't stand in the way of her busier than ever schedule, which is currently devoted to starring in the titular role of director Kimberly Peirce's (Boys Don't Cry) remake of Stephen King's high-school horror story, Carrie. Moretz steps in Sissy Spacek's legendary bloodstained shoes.
"Right after I [left] the Aeropostale shoot, I headed back to Toronto, and I'll be back to filming," Moretz confessed. "I woke up at 4 a.m. today! But filming Carrie has been a lot of fun!"
Carrie hits theaters March 15.
