Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

The only thing better than peanut butter and banana is peanut butter, banana and chocolate, which makes this quite wholesome breakfast smoothie into a real treat without adding a lot of extra calories. There’s a lot of calcium, protein and potassium in this smoothie, and kids love it. Grownups are pretty fond of it, too. If you like, use a dollop or two of Nutella instead of chocolate syrup, for a nuttier chocolate flavor.

    1 cup milk 2 tablespoons smooth or creamy peanut butter
    1 banana, cut into cubes and frozen 2 to 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
