I nursed my baby and will now be starting her on formula. I'm not sure which is better -- powdered or liquid formula. What do you think?

The best strategy is one that works for you. Either powdered or ready-to-feed liquid formula will give your infant appropriate nutrition.

The advantage to powdered infant formula is that you don't have to worry about storage, and some manufacturers have powder available in single-feeding packets. The advantage to liquid is that you don't have to deal with dissolving the powder (and make sure you mix in the right proportion).

Most parents find that using some combination of both types of formula works best, depending upon the situation.
