For the past few years, Chris Brown has been making efforts to move on with his life and revive his reputation. And now the 22-year-old singer is making even more headway, as he's been cast in the film Think Like a Man, an adaptation of Steve Harvey's New York Times best-selling book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man.
Harvey's book was written to clue women in on "what men really think about love, relationships, intimacy and commitment," and it aimed to provide "some valuable information" to empower women about how to better deal with the men in their lives.
The film version of the book will center around four friends whose romantic relationships are rocked when the women they are pursuing buy Steve Harvey’s book and start taking the comedian's advice.
Though Brown has definitely had his fair share of drama in his love life, we're not quite sure that he's romantic comedy material. After his violent incident with then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 and his recent blowup on Good Morning America (where he smashed a glass window after being asked about the fateful night), Brown is a hard sell as someone who will leave us with that warm, fuzzy rom-com feeling.
What do you think? Is Chris Brown the right choice for a romantic comedy?
