It's the news we've been waiting to hear ever since the District Attorney's office received Chris Brown's case last night -- Chris has been charged with felony assault and making criminal threats.
This is a huge deal considering he could have only been charged with a misdemeanor, and because reports suggest that lately Rihanna has been uncooperative with the investigation, especially since the couple reunited.
And, get this -- a spokesperson for the D.A. told TMZ that Chris could face a maximum of four years and eight months in prison. Maybe then Rihanna would finally leave him?
The court documents list "Robyn F." as the victim. As we know by now, Rihanna's full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
