What an anti-climactic end to the Chris Brown case.

Rihanna didn't testify -- because there was no hearing. Instead, Chris' attorney, Mark Geragos announced that a plea bargain had been made and Chris won't be getting any jail time.

The singer pleaded guilty to felony assault for the Feb. 8 beating of Rihanna and was put on five years probation. He was ordered to enroll in an anti-domestic violence program and must perform 180 days of community service. He must also have all of his travel plans cleared with by a probation officer.

"I think it's commendable you took responsibility for your conduct," Judge Patricia Schnegg told Chris.

"I want Mr. Brown to be treated as any other person...I want him to be treated the same," the judge said, ruling that Chris do his community service in Virginia, but will have to return to California every three months to check in.
