After completing 30 days in a rehab facility, American Pie star Chris Klein has decided to hang in there a little longer.
"Chris, along with his support team, has decided to extend his treatment," his rep told UsMagazine.com.
Klein, 31, is currently getting treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. Katie Holmes' former fiance checked in on June 21, after being picked up last month by police for his second DUI. He was arrested on June 16, after his blood alcohol level was discovered to be three times the legal limit. If convicted of his most recent crime, Klein could face up to four days in jail.
But the actor's rep says his client is in good spirits. "He is doing fantastic and is optimistic about his future. He thanks everyone for their continued support."
