American Pie actor Chris Klein was arrested early Wednesday on suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ is reporting. Police say Klein was pulled over on a freeway in Los Angeles at 3:13 AM and was arrested after failing a field sobriety test.
It's unclear if Klein, 31, is in police custody or if he posted bail.
This isn't the star's first brush with the law. In early 2005, he was arrested and charged with with two misdemeanor counts of DUI after police clocked his blood-alcohol level at .20, far exceeding California's .08 limit.
