Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have done their best to keep their marriage private, which means they can't be happy that they're the focus of Star magazine's latest story on infidelity.
The new issue (out Wednesday) claims that the Coldplay singer was caught kissing Gwyneth's good friend, actress Kate Bosworth. "I couldn't believe my eyes," an eyewitness reportedly told the mag. "There was Chris totally making out with Kate in front of other people. At first I thought it might be Gwyneth, but when she came up for air, it was clear the woman was Kate!"
Of course, Chris Martin's rep says that Star is full of bunk. "This story is entirely untrue," the mouthpiece told UsMagazine.com.
A source close to the couple concurred, calling Chris and Gwynnie "more than fine," and saying that the Kate-Chris canoodling "simply never happened."
"She may have been in the same room with him, but he is not having an affair, was not kissing her or holding her hand," the source added.
