It's an ugly week for celebrity marriages! Just one day after Courteney Cox and David Arquette announced their split, news broke that Christina Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman were also on the outs. The singer confirmed their separation to People on Oct 12. "Although Jordan and I are separated, our commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever," Aguilera said in a statement. Two days later, the songstress filed for divorce from her husband of five years, citing irreconcilable differences. Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their 2-year-old son.
