In the May 2010 issue of Esquire, redhead bombshell Christina Hendricks (Mad Men) has been named "The Best-Looking Woman in America" in a new poll, ranking even higher than sexy movie star Megan Fox and sultry supermodel Adriana Lima.
Hendricks, 34, earned more than 30% of the votes for the nation's most appealing beauty. Her winning title landed the voluptuous star the cover for the new issue, aptly titled "Women."
The win comes as a refreshing change of pace for Hendricks (and her fans), after the actress was criticized and taunted about her body by a New York Times blogger in January because of the gown she wore to the Golden Globes.
After being dubbed a "big girl" (to which we still cry, objection!) Hendricks and her husband -- (500) Days of Summer star Geoffrey Arend -- stood up for her fashion choice. Arend, 32, said in response to the criticism, "Honestly, she’s the greatest woman I know. She’s the most beautiful woman I know."
