Finally, one of Robert Pattinson's costars is willing to kiss and tell! After years of Twilight's Kristen Stewart dodging questions about Pattinson's kissing abilities, his Bel Ami costar Christina Ricci is singing his praises.
"He's a sweet guy and super funny... and a really good kisser!" Ricci, 30, told InStyle with barely any prompting. She repeated the compliment to E!Online, when asked if Pattinson, 24, is a good make-out partner. "Um, yeah," she replied, "He is pretty much awesome."
Oddly enough, R-Pattz's other costars have always been reluctant to answer the inevitable "What was it like to kiss him?" question. Remember Me star Emilie de Ravin did her best to avoid the question in her exclusive interview with iVillage. (She also joked to UK's Cosmopolitan that saying he's a good kisser was in her contract.) Kristen Stewart has remained tight-lipped throughout her Twilight press rounds, even saying that she'd rather kiss Dakota Fanning than her rumored real-life boyfriend. Pattinson himself hasn't helped the situation, telling Seventeen that he's scared of love scenes "because I'm a really bad kisser."
Kristen Stewart, on the other hand, is "a fantastic kisser" -- so says Taylor Lautner, anyhow. Maybe she's been giving Pattinson some pointers?
Bel Ami, in which Pattinson has sex scenes with Ricci, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas, is scheduled for release in 2011.
