    2 whole frying chickens, quartered 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/3 cup lemon juice 3/4 teaspoon. salt
    4 tablespoon olive oil 3/4 teaspoon white pepper
    3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

      Mix lemon juice, olive oil and spices in a large mixing bowl or baking pan.

      Place chickens in mixture and marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour, turning often to coat.

      Broil for 30 minutes, basting often.

      Turn chicken once while cooking.

      Test for doneness and serve when cooked through.
