| 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise | 2 tablespoons chopped parsley | |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice | 1 teaspoon tarragon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1 teaspoon celery seed | |
| 1/2 teaspoon black pepper | 2 medium delicious apples, washed, quartered, cored, diced | |
| 2 celery stalks, washed, trimmed, diced | 12 large romaine leaves, washed | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts | 3 cups cooked skinless chicken breast, diced |
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
In larger bowl, combine chicken, celery, walnuts, parsley, tarragon, celery seed and apple.
Add mayonnaise mixture and gently toss. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes to chill.
Place romaine leaves on 4 serving plates. Scoop chopped chicken salad evenly on plates. Serve immediately.
