Classic Desserts Made Allergy-Free

When author Elizabeth Gordon developed egg and gluten allergies at the age of 27, she took to her kitchen to develop recipes she could still enjoy. Her ability to create great-tasting treats for allergy sufferers is evident in her success at launching Besty and Claude Baking Company in 2007, and now with Allergy-Free Desserts—an entire cookbook filled with her tempting treats. These decadent desserts are packed with flavor, but free from gluten, diary, nuts, soy or eggs. If you or someone in your family suffers from food allergies, sample some of the recipes from her book.
