Cocoa-Coffee Salt

Ready for an eye-opening experience? Rub this salt on your favorite cut of pork, like tenderloin or chops, before grilling or roasting for a dry marinade that enhances the natural sweetness of the meat. It’s also dynamite when added to the braising sauce for short ribs or other slow-cooked beef.
