For Fiction Lovers has always been a place where I can escape and be in an environment with people that share the same love and passion for reading as I do. I can get recommendations, reviews and honest opinions about the hottest best sellers, Oprah selections, classics or historical fiction. I look forward to our monthly group read and the many discussions we have about authors and the characters they create. The friendships that I've made are special and that keeps me coming back every day.

For Fiction Lovers is my absolute favorite place to visit and I frequently check in a couple of times a day. I have received so many amazing recommendations that I have dramatically expanded my literary horizons in the last few years. While all of our tastes vary, by and large, I like the books recommended here. The group reads have encouraged me to try books and authors that I never would have otherwise read. I also like that we have authors pop in from time to time.

When I joined this board, everyone was so friendly and made me want to become a part of this little community. As for the book recommendations, my horizons have expanded so much since joining. I've read authors I'd have never read otherwise. It's great to be with a group of people who love reading as much as I do and who understand my compulsion for buying and buying books!

I'm a bookaholic and avid reader and only here at For Fiction Lovers can someone understand leaving dishes in the sink to curl up with a great book to read instead. I always felt alone in my world until I came here and saw that there were others who are as addicted as I am.

Whether it's a book I've read over and over, or a brand new book that I never thought I'd read, I can find wonderful discussions and suggestions for even more fabulous reads. I can come here and talk to my heart's content about books that I've read, or want to read, without a second thought to whether anyone would be interested -- because everyone here is absolutely ravenous for information. The reviews are fabulous and right on target. This board is like having a bookstore in my living room.

I get fantastic ideas on which new books to read -- this has broadened the scope of what I like to read. What I love most of all is talking about books with other people who love to read as much as I do. My family and friends just don't get it, and I can come here and feel right at home.
