Conan O'Brien's Tweets Make Dreams Come True!

Conan O'Brien may no longer be the host of The Tonight Show, but he can add a brand new title to his illustrious resume: wedding dream maker. Since the comedian's highly publicized departure from late-night television, O'Brien has taken to Twitter and, as a result, made one bride-to-be in particular very happy.

O'Brien, 46, who joined Twitter on Feb. 24 (he's already well on his way to 600,000 followers), decided on March 5 he would randomly follow and befriend a fellow tweeter, posting, "I've decided to follow someone at random. She likes peanut butter and gummy dinosaurs. Sarah Killen, your life is about to change." O'Brien wasn't kidding! People reports that the funnyman's decision to follow Killen, 19, has changed her life, and her impending wedding plans, for the better.

Killen told PopEater, "He's changed my life," noting that all the newfound attention has helped with her upcoming wedding. "I'm getting married on September 25, and we didn't know if we would be able to afford it. Now I'm getting custom made shoes and a dress from Kelima in New York.... We're getting a limo, Classic Creations is giving us wedding bands and there's a vineyard in California sending us wine. We've got it all covered now."

O'Brien's unintentional good deed (he also tweeted about her on March 6, "Sarah likes Twizzlers and craves cantaloupe. I like Raisinets, but melon feels creepy in my mouth. Twitter pals 4 eva! :)") has prompted Killen and her fiance to invite the former Simpsons writer to their big day. "My fiancé wants Conan to be his best man," Killen said. "That would be really cool."
