Cook What You Like

“If some cook tells you that you should never use Velveeta cheese or cream of [anything] soups, or makes fun of you for using Jell-O, just remember: They may not be healthy, they may not be someone else’s choice, but that is your personal choice. After all, rich, fatty desserts aren't healthy either, but who among us doesn't eat them? Cook what you and your family like, and do not be intimidated by what someone else says you should or should not cook.”
