Cooking with beer may seem strange. But beer has a sweet, nutty flavor that adds depth to a marinade, batter or sauce. Choose your type of beer wisely: Dark beers are stronger and lend themselves to well to a marinade, but can be too strong for a sauce. Here are a few ways to "eat" your beer.
