Cooking Dictionary: Wonton skins

 
Wonton skins:
Paper-thin pieces of dough used to wrap chopped meats and/or vegetables to create the dumplings known as wontons in Chinese cooking. Stacks of pre-made wonton skins are sold in the refrigerated section of many groceries. Wonton skins can be used instead of pasta dough to make homemade ravioli.
