NYPD cops Jimmy (Bruce Willis) and Paul (Tracy Morgan) get suspended when their drug snitch gets splattered all over his shop, but the partners still have their guns -- so when Jimmy’s valuable baseball card is stolen by a wacko perp (Seann William Scott), the boys go the distance to get the card back and prove their value to the force.
