This Breastfeeding Baby Is Supposed to Make Men Date Cougars. Really, People?

A dating site for cougars sexualizes breastfeeding, begging the obvious question: Was this necessary?

Someone please tell us this is a Saturday Night Live skit.

A new dating site CougarLife.com is is trying to turn breastfeeding into, well, a turn-on in a new billboard in Los Angeles, according to Buzzfeed. The ad, located near West Hollywood, shows a shirtless woman nursing an infant, her breast pixilated. A thought bubble from the baby asks: "Jealous?"

Cougar Life is the "the premier online dating service that pairs women in their prime with younger men and ends the double standard," according to the company's web site. We're all for an over-35 mom dating whoever she wants, but can we please leave lactation out of it? If we want moms to be able to nurse in public comfortably -- wherever they need to, whenever their babies are hungry -- then it would be helpful if people could remember that boobs actually have a biological purpose and it's not to sell cars (or dating sites).

Never mind that we're hoping that young guys aren't looking for a mommy figure in an older women -- because nothing about that is sexy. Ladies, you can do better than that!
