The next episode, airing Sunday Nov. 6, at 9 p.m., asks a question many a mother might have pondered: What is the birth process like -- from the perspective of the baby? Cougar Town star Courteney Cox is hosting the installment, which traces the narrative of conception, pregnancy and birth from the fetus' point of view. Using cutting-edge technology (a combination of special effects and medical imaging), the episode offers viewers an unprecedented look at life inside the womb -- which, it turns out, can be a thing of utter beauty and a fierce battle for survival.
