Courteney Cox and David Arquette's romance first began when they were cast as each other's love interest in Wes Craven's 1996 hit thriller Scream (the pair will costar together yet again in the fourth installment of the fillm, Scream 4, set for an April 2011 release). "Actors dating actors can work out," she told USA Today in 1997. "The most important thing is to be with someone who's creative and passionate about what they do."
