Courtney Love's Guardian Rights Revoked

Courtney Love, the famously erratic, rock 'n' roll mom, has had some of her motherhood rights revoked.

According to TMZ.com, the widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, no longer has "legal control" of her 17-year-old daughter, Francis Bean. As Love's legal custodyship of her daughter was revoked, so, too was a legal guardian appointed by the Los Angeles Court.

The site said the court's reasoning was based on a "fairly long period of unstable conduct by Courtney Love," and that this kind of ruling usually happens "when the parent is not capable of taking care of their children."

Perhaps further proof of her fitness (or lack thereof) for motherhood can be found in the January issue of Dazed & Confused magazine, in which an undead-looking Courtney "frolics in see-through clothes" (to paraphrase New York magazine's fashion blog, The Cut).
