What’s easier than assembling a bagel for brunch? Having all the ingredients ready for you in a savory, decadent spread. Serve on crackers or blini as an elegant appetizer, and gild the lily with a tiny dollop of caviar on each bite if desired.

| 1 (4-ounce) package smoked salmon, pulled into small chunks | 2 tablespoons minced dill or fennel fronds | |
| 4 ounces cream cheese, softened | 1 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained | |
| 2 ounces creme fraiche or sour cream |
Mix all ingredients together gently until well combined.
Serve immediately with crackers, blini, or toast, or refrigerate overnight.
