| 1/3 cup sesame seeds | 1/2 teaspoon salt | |
| 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour | 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds) | |
| 1 egg white | 1 tablespoon vegetable oil | |
| 1/4 teaspoon Asian sesame oil | 1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
Mix sesame seeds and flour. Beat egg white with sesame oil and salt. Dip chicken breasts into egg white, letting excess drip off, coat with sesame seed mixture.
Heat oil and butter in 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Serve with Sesame Ginger Noodles.
