Cycle Irregularities: Should I Chart My BBT?
Before I started trying to conceive two cycles ago, my cycles came every 27 to 29 days. Last month, I thought I was pregnant but then had a regular period followed by three days of light bleeding. My doctor suggested I may have had an anovulatory cycle. Will charting my BBT help?
Question:BBT charts are great for spotting anovulation. My feeling is that, for predicting ovulation, it is even more important to chart cervical mucus changes.
I hope you are successful very soon. Good luck.
