Inside the Home of Cynthia Bailey

"I can work it out in a $1 million house or in a $300 a month apartment," says Cynthia Bailey. And she's not kidding. Turns out the model and new star of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta (which moves to Sundays at 10 p.m. starting November 7) really knows how to design on a dime. Her secret?
