Depending on your level of coordination, the steps can range from manageable to impossible, and you’ll find many dance terms tossed out with explanation or instruction.
The workouts are customizable, and include everything from a lively paso doble with lunges and kicks to a hip-burning salsa.
Highlights: The improvisational bonus challenge at the end. This is a tough act to keep up with, but a worth a try.
