Well, I think we all called this one. Tucker Carlson and partner Elena Grinenko were sent packing last night on Dancing with the Stars. After some fanfare and a lot of artificial suspense, the couple's combined score ended up making them the first to go. Of course it can't be that easy, so before the axe fell we were treated to an encore of Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke doing their nifty cha cha cha. This was my favorite dance of the week, but I was afraid Cheryl was going to have a fringe-induced wardrobe malfunction. They also trotted out Tom Jones to sing "It's Not Unusual" and "She's a Lady". Now I actually dig Tom Jones, but he seemed a little off last night. Next week the stars tackle the quickstep and mambo ... and there's nothing I love more than a good mambo.
