ABC has yet to announce which former Dancing with the Stars contestants will return for the upcoming all-stars season, but dancing pros Tony Dovolani and Cheryl Burke have personal wishlists about who they want to see in the ballroom again.
"I would love to see winners, finalists and controversial characters come back," Burke, 28, told People at Wednesday's ESPY Awards in Los Angeles.
"Every season there are those one or two contestants who really stand out," she said. "If we have a mixture of winners, people switching partners, maybe I would be with my original partner, or Karina [Smirnoff] would be with her original partner, but having it mixed and matched, would be really interesting."
Dovolani, 38, had trouble deciding which former contestants he'd like to work with most.
"Oh, my goodness. I would say, Stacy Keibler [or] Melissa Rycroft. And Susan Lucci was such a class act," he said. "And with Marissa Jaret Winokur I laughed the entire time. But I'd be happy with anyone, because I had fun with every single one of my celebrities."
Burke explained that she was hoping to recruit athletes at the ESPY Awards -- for the show's 16th season, immediately following the all-star season.
"I'm excited to recruit more athletes to our show," she said. "I've always said it, but I still think [New York Giants player] Victor Cruz would be amazing. I see some of his moves, I see his bubbly personality."
