Dancing with the Stars was muy caliente on Latin night! The dancers mostly sizzled -- though a few failed to bring the heat -- on the sexy-as-usual night of the competition.
Unsurprisingly, Cuban soap star William Levy knew how to leave the audience and judges wanting more with his sexy Argentine tango with partner Cheryl Burke -- even though he was recovering from an injured ankle!
"I saw mood, I saw sensuality and passion," hard-to-impress head judge Len Goodman said of Levy and Burke's tango, which Carrie Ann Inaba called "ridiculously amazing."
Katherine Jenkins and Mark Ballas tied Levy and Burke for the top score of the night with another exciting Argentine tango that earned 29 points. "[It was] the perfect pitch on the acting and the storytelling," Bruno Tonioli said, while Carrie Ann complimented the Welsh singer by saying she has the "best legs I've ever seen from any contestant."
Maria Menounos and Derek Hough continue to show off their electric chemistry with a sexy samba that culminated in a surprising kiss. "That was hot," Carrie Ann said. "But I don't think you needed the kiss ... Dance is about the illusion of passion."
Tonioli, however, wasn't bothered by the smooch and even offered to get a room for the couple, who earned 27 points. "Can I join in?" he joked.
Donald Driver and his partner Peta Murgatroyd once again delivered with a fabulous tango that included what Len called "spectacular" lifts. Their dance earned another 27 for the NFL player and his partner.
Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower put on an age-approrpriate salsa: "It was sexy and you were on top of the beat," Carrie Ann told the Disney star.
Jaleel White and Kym Johnson opened the night with a respectable 24-point samba. "This week you came out with attack and fire," Carrie Ann said. And music legend Gladys Knight and Tristan MacManus managed to escape last place with a 22-point "simple but effective" samba.
After scoring slightly higher last week, Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff were back to the bottom of the leaderboard with a samba that only received 19 points -- lower than even Melissa Gilbert and Maks Chmerkovskiy who had to overcome her head injury to perform their dance, which earned 21 points.
The leaderboard after week five:
Katherine Jenkins & Mark Ballas: 29
William Levy & Cheryl Burke: 29
Maria Menounos & Derek Hough: 27
Donald Driver & Peta Murgatroyd: 27
Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower: 26
Jaleel White & Kym Johnson: 24
Gladys Knight & Tristan MacManus: 22
