Puh-leez. This is all the government needs.
According to a new report, Danielle Staub, of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, may be trying to leave her mark on Washington.
Thomas Ammirato, a Republican strategist who is now Danielle's rep, said that the Jersey girl has not ruled out running against U.S. Rep Bill Pascrell, a Democrat from Paterson, next year.
"At this point Ms. Staub is fielding numerous offers and has ruled out nothing," he said. "Her advisors will be discussing her future shortly."
Luckily this political advisor is seeing things more clearly than Danielle seems to be.
"I don't see that happening," Thomas said of the Congress run. "It would be the longest of political longshots ... unless there's a huge groundswell."
Oh, and besides her criminal history and sex-tape scandal, Danielle isn't even a registered NJ voter.
Come to think of it -- she might be perfect for politics!
