Has David Arquette moved on from estranged wife Courteney Cox? It sure looks that way. According to People, the Scream star stepped out with a new gal pal Christina McLarty -- the ex-wife of controversial Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis -- while in San Diego, Calif., for Comic-Con over the weekend.
Arquette, 39, and McLarty were first spotted out and about together at a Camp Playboy event Friday night. And though wrestler Alicia Fox invited Arquette to another party, he opted instead to stay right where he was and, according to a witness, "danced the night away" with McLarty.
And that was just the beginning. The pair also got together to attend Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con soiree on Saturday night. Are the two just pals, or are McLarty and Arquette going wild for each other?
We'll have to wait and see -- but this would be the first public relationship for Arquette since separating from Courtney Cox, 47, in October 2010 (though he did admit to Howard Stern that he had sex with another woman after splitting with Cox). While Cox has been linked to Cougar Town costars Josh Hopkins and Brian Van Holt, she has maintained that she's just friends with both.
Until now, it seemed that Arquette was intent on getting back together with Cox, calling her his "best friend" and even blatantly hitting on her during a family trip to Disney World with their 6-year-old daughter Coco.
McLarty married Joe Francis last November... and split up with him only seven weeks later. Shocker!
