The famous illusionist is denying claims that he sexually assaulted a Seattle woman and threatened to kill her.
The former model and former Miss Washington USA contestant says she met Dave at one of his January 2007 performances, and later visited him on his island in the Bahamas where the assault took place. She filed a lawsuit on July 29.
A lawyer for the magician says this is just a ploy to get some of David's cash, calling the allegations an "extortion for money, plain and simple."
