Alcohol Not to Blame for Hasselhoff's Hospitalization

David Hasselhoff is not back to his boozy ways.

Though reports surfaced that the Hoff was hospitalized Sunday due to a drinking binge, reps for the star say stories that David was hitting the bottle are completely untrue.

David's camp reports that the America's Got Talent judge actually had a reaction from medication he was taking for an ear infection, which interacted with Antabuse, a medication that alcoholics take to prevent them from drinking.

The combination of meds messed with David's equilibrium, causing him to feel dizzy and sick. Unable to reach his family doctor, paramedics were called and Dave went to the hospital to get treated. He was released after an hour.

We're glad he's feeling better – and that he's still on the right track.
