Morning Snack
1 cup cantaloupe
1 cup 1 percent cottage cheese, no sodium added

Lunch
Honey-Mustard Turkey Burger
1 cup tossed salad mix
2 tablespoons low-cal Caesar salad dressing
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 cup 1 percent milk

Afternoon Snack
4 ounces carrot sticks
4 tablespoons prepared hummus

Dinner
Roasted Pork Tenderloin
1 cup tossed salad mix
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup steamed spinach
4 ounces nonfat vanilla or lemon yogurt, sweetened with low-calorie sweetener
