Dean McDermott is in the intensive care unit of a Los Angeles-area hospital with a punctured and collapsed lung following a motorcycle accident, PEOPLE reports.
He was dirt bike riding with two friends on Tuesday when he crashed his bike. He is expected to make a full recovery. His wife, Tori Spelling, was the first one called to the ER. "His friend called me and said he was in the ER," she said. "He didn't want to scare me, so he just said he had a crash and that they were X-raying him."
