Who says you have to serve your turkey whole? The Food Network’s Food Detective Ted Allen created this deconstructed turkey to make entertaining easier and the cooking process simpler. Brining the turkey parts overnight in water that’s well-seasoned and spiced with bay leaves, thyme, sage, peppercorns, allspice and celery leaves will ensure that the meat is moist and flavorful.
