Demi Moore Leaves Rehab and Heads for Vacation: Report

Sources say the actress has checked out of Cirque Lodge and is relaxing on vacation: "She's in no rush to get back to L.A."

Demi Moore has reportedly left rehab. According to E! News, the actress has checked out of Utah's Cirque Lodge treatment center, which is favored by celebrities seeking help.

The Margin Call star first entered the rehab facility (where Lindsay Lohan, Mary-Kate Olsen and Eva Mendes have all sought treatment) in the aftermath of her emergency hospitalization for a seizure-like episode that occurred at a party in her Los Angeles home on Jan. 23.

"Everyone thought she was going to die," a source told Us in February. "It was terrifying."

But Moore, 49, is not back at one of her homes. An insider says she's currently "on vacation" at a undisclosed location.

"She's in no rush to get back to L.A.," the source tells E!. "She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people."

Although Moore's reps never confirmed why Moore was in rehab, the source confirms that she was being treated for "both addiction issues and an eating disorder."

Friends of the actress and director have expressed their relief that she finally got some help. "She knows she's in a bad place and needs help," a source explained. "She needed something serious to get her back on track."
