Dexter star Michael C. Hall announced Wednesday that he has been battling cancer.
The actor suffers from Hodgkin's lymphoma and has been undergoing treatment for some time. Fortunately, the cancer was caught at an early stage, and Hall says he is now in remission.
"I feel fortunate to have been diagnosed with an imminently treatable and curable condition, and I thank my doctors and nurses for their expertise and care," the actor said in a statement.
Hall is expected to attend Sunday's Golden Globes ceremony, where he is nominated as Best Actor for his Showtime series.
We wish him the best.
